Skating Background and Coaching Experience
Michelle has been involved in the sport of figure skating since she was 12 years old and has earned Gold tests in Skills, Dance and Artistic. She has been a competitor, coach, juvenile level singles judge and is currently still competing on the adult skating circuit both regionally and internationally in freeskate, artistic and synchronized skating.
Michelle has been a part of Skate Oakville for over 12 years, and served on the Board of Directors for 10 of those years. She has a deep love for this club and this sport, and is thrilled to have joined the coaching staff as of the 2024-25 season.
Michelle is currently specializing in adult skaters and has a firm belief that there is no age limit in this sport.
