My coaching philosophy is to coach with the skaters best interest in mind. I strive to be a good role model to all skaters on and off the ice. I work towards achieving the goals of my skaters, by listening to their needs. I also seek to collaborate with my skaters and fellow coaches in order to achieve said goals.
